Terms & Conditions
Client-supplied items (Option 1): All denim must arrive freshly laundered, free from stains, odours, and damage. Items should be in good condition and suitable for painting. Please note that unsuitable items (e.g. excessively worn, torn, or dirty garments) may not be accepted, and in such cases I will contact you to discuss alternatives before proceeding.
Studio-sourced items (Option 2): I'll select a quality secondhand denim jacket in your chosen size. Exact style and wash may vary slightly based on availability — photos will be shared with you before painting begins if you'd like to approve the base jacket first.
Postage: If sending your own jacket, a prepaid postage label will be emailed to you after purchase. Return postage of your completed piece is included in the commission price either way.
Turnaround time: 4 weeks maximum. Timelines may vary slightly depending on studio schedule; any delays will be communicated directly.
Artwork process: Each piece is hand-painted in my signature ocean-inspired style. While requests for general themes (waves, horizon) can be made, the final composition remains at my creative discretion. Please note, no texture is added to these pieces due to the fact it will not withstand wear — all painting scenes are flat but still have my unique ocean-inspired style.
Refunds & cancellations: Once painting has begun, commissions are non-refundable. If a client-supplied item arrives damaged or unsuitable for painting, I will contact you to discuss next steps before proceeding.
Care: All denim pieces are painted using fabric paint which can be machine washed at 30 degrees — do not tumble dry. Washing over 30 degrees will degrade the paint and artwork scene.
