These gatherings are an invitation to step into my world and rediscover the simple joy of being present.
What to Expect
Each Art of Being retreats and evening sessions are crafted as a full sensory journey — a gentle blend of mindfulness, creativity and connection to the ocean. While every setting is unique, most sessions unfold in a similar rhythm: full days beginning with grounding yoga or meditation, followed by an inspiring beach walk to spark reflection and creativity. You’ll then enjoy nourishing food and refreshments before settling into a guided creative session, designed to help you switch off your busy mind and reconnect with your inner flow. Evening sessions offer a shorter, more intimate evening of creativity, connection and texture — set by the sea.
