My favourite swimming spot in Cornwall, Mother Ivey’s Bay just outside of Padstow. The Padstow lifeboat station is an iconic landmark in the bay here and anytime I see it it reminds me of diving under the turquoise blue waters and paddle boarding round to the tiny bay that the station towers over.
The 3D depth in the rocks in this piece are created using sand from the bay, and the lifeboat station has been crafted from drfitwood found under the building.
