I was a retail fashion buyer for nearly 20 years, that experience taught me so much about pricing, profit and margins, marketing, merchandising, graphic design and understanding how to focus on your customer and their wants and needs.
I use all of that to this day in my art business, but when I started out I had no substantial financial cushion, I had to innovate and strategize to nurture my budding business without relying on loans or external funding. My journey was not paved with expensive mentorship programs but rather by leveraging the plethora of free resources available online and learning from every setback encountered along the way.
This course is a culmination of all the experience I gained in my 20 year career in retail and the many courses and lessons I’ve learned since starting my business. It’s what I wish I’d had when I started out, so I hope it helps you on the road to entrepreneurship.
