Art Rental for Hotels, Holiday Properties & Interiors

Original artwork can completely transform how a space feels - creating atmosphere, character and a sense of place.

My collection of textural seascapes and surfboard artworks is available to rent for hospitality venues, holiday properties, show homes and commercial interiors. Art rental allows you to introduce impactful artwork into your space while maintaining flexibility around budget, timelines and long-term plans.

A cozy interior with a beige armchair with a wooden frame, a patterned beige cushion, a woven basket with a magazine and a scarf, a small table with toiletries, and a framed painting of an ocean scene on a white wall.

Who this is for:

Ideal for:

• Boutique hotels & aparthotels
• Holiday lets & luxury rentals
• Property developers & show homes
• Interior designers sourcing for projects
• Corporate spaces & offices
• Wellness and hospitality environments

Original artwork can:

• elevate the perceived value of a space
• create memorable guest experiences
• strengthen the visual identity of a property
• photograph beautifully for marketing
• help interiors feel more personal and distinctive

For coastal properties in particular, my work helps bring the atmosphere of the ocean into the space.

What makes my work different

My seascapes are created using reclaimed textiles and repurposed materials layered into highly textural compositions inspired by the coastline.

The work brings movement, depth and a strong sense of place into interiors - making it particularly suited to coastal properties and spaces designed around calm, wellbeing and connection to nature.

How art rental works:

1 — Initial conversation

Tell me about your property, space and goals.

2 — Artwork selection

I recommend suitable pieces based on scale, colour palette and setting.

3 — Installation & rental period

Artwork is installed for an agreed period.

4 — Rotation or purchase

Pieces can be rotated or purchased if you decide you'd like them permanently.

Optional section: Purchase option

Many clients begin by renting artwork for a space before deciding to purchase permanently. If a piece feels right for your property, there is always the option to acquire it as part of your collection.

Most placements range from:

£50 – £250 per artwork per month

with discounts available for multiple pieces or longer placements.
