Each day is thoughtfully curated as my idea of the perfect balance — a mix of calm reflection, hands-on creativity and meaningful conversation. These gatherings are an invitation to step into my world and rediscover the simple joy of being present.

What to Expect

Each Art of Being retreat is crafted as a full sensory journey — a gentle blend of mindfulness, creativity and connection to the ocean. While every setting is unique, most days unfold in a similar rhythm: beginning with grounding yoga or meditation, followed by an inspiring beach walk to spark reflection and creativity. You’ll then enjoy nourishing food and refreshments before settling into a guided creative session, designed to help you switch off your busy mind and reconnect with your inner flow.

Where possible, the experience concludes with peaceful downtime — time in nature, spa access, or quiet moments to simply be.
