‘WEARABLE WAVES’

WORKSHOPS

Allow the waves of creativity to flow, as we upcycle an old denim jacket into wearable art.

Not got a jacket? You can bring a hoody or tote bag or even a pair of jeans to experiment on!

Bring along your garment and we will use eco-acrylic paints to create a beach shoreline scene onto it.

Most people have a denim jacket in their wardrobe, but if you don’t why not head to your nearest charity shop, vintage store or Vinted to transform a second hand jacket. My aim with this workshop is to encourage the repurposing of clothing, extending their life instead of adding to landfill.

All other painting materials provided.

“Gemma's Wearable Waves Workshop was such an incredible experience for me as someone who believed they had no artistic flare! Gemma was a great teacher, explaining how the different materials worked, and best techniques to get the effects I wanted! I'm so happy with my unique piece of wearable art!!.”
